Bethesda Worship Center (House of Mercy) exists to make disciples and develop leaders of all ages, who love God and love people, are passionate about prayer and purposeful about sharing the Good News of Christ through intentional giving and going to all people groups of the world.

  • Please fill out the guest card in the seat pocket in front you and bring it with you to Next Steps.
  • Please take advantage of the childcare provided in the nursery for newborn through 2 years of age during our 11:00a service. The cry room is also available and located in the back of the sanctuary.
  • We are offering children’s ministries for children up to 5th grade during the 11:00a service. 
  • We worship in a variety of ways here at Bethesda. Please do not feel pressured to worship in any certain way outwardly. Please worship from your heart.

If BWC is your home,

here are 3 ways you can help:
 
  • Please park in the back parking lot of the church to leave the front parking spaces for our guests, as well as, handicap spaces for those the space is intended.
  • Please arrive no earlier than 20 minutes before the encounter service begins.
  • Please help us with the physical distancing of 6 feet between families. Please stay in your area once you are seated to allow others to find their seats.

Bethesda has resumed in-person worship encounter services, but we will still have our live-streams at 9:00a and 11:00a on Sunday mornings. Please know that things will look a little different, but we are so excited to be able to worship together.

Join us on Sunday evenings for a time of sharing in the Word, activities and fellowship. Bring a friend or two along with you. 
Bethesda | Kids
 
The Children’s Ministries will be offering classroom time again beginning Sunday, June 14th during the 11:00a service for those children ages 3 years old to 5th grade.
 
We will also have nursery during the 11:00a service only.
Anna’s Friends Luncheon

Anna’s Friends is a luncheon for Bethesda’s widows. Join us for a time of fellowship and a wonderful lunch.

Girlfriend’s Dress for Success

HI Ladies – Girlfriends will be having their annual dress for success clothing exchange on Friday, September 25th at 6:30p.

We will be accepting GENTLY USED clothing and accessories (jewelry, hats, scarves, and purses) donations until 2:00pm on Thursday, Sept 17th. Items can be dropped off during office hours (9-2, Tues-Thurs) or on Sundays. Please ensure items are gently used, clean, ironed, and preferably on hangers.

Please contact the office if you will need childcare that evening.

BWC’s Annual Mission’s Yard Sale

Volunteers are needed to help set-up and display items for the sale

 

Set up: 5:00p-8:00p on Tues (Sep 29) & Wed (Sep 30)

Set up: 9:00a until finished on Thursday (Oct 1)

Friday (Oct 2): 8:00a-6:00p (Greeters, sorters, and organizers)

Saturday (Oct 3): 8:00a-1:00p (Greeters, sorters, organizers)                 

1:00p Need helpers to pack up and clean up

 

If you can help even for a little while, please call the church office OR sign up at the Guest and Information Center. We need you! It’s a lot more fun than having your own.

 

Donations of clean and saleable items in good condition may be dropped off during office hours BEGINNING, Tues, Sept 29.

Holiday Bazaar
 
Saturday, November 14 / 9:00a-2:00p
 
Table fee: $30.00 (table fee includes lunch)
 
Bethesda Worship Center will be having their annual Holiday Bazaar and we need your homemade crafts, arts, and goodies for our Mission’s tables. All proceeds from the Mission’s table and table fees will go to missions. 
We also have space available for individuals who want to sell their own treasures.

The Return
National Strategic Prayer Event
Saturday, September 25 // BWC
9:00am – 9:00pm
 
 
Bethesda will be hosting an all day strategic community prayer event on Saturday, September 26 from 9am-9pm. Make plans to join us for an hour or longer, or even stay for the whole day as we intercede for our nation.
