Come together as strong women united in Christ to pray together, workout and strengthen your BEAUTIFUL God given bodies! Psalm 139:14 “YOU are BEAUTIFUL for you are FEARFULLT and WONDERFULLY made! We normally meet at Bethesda, but please call Jen to confirm location (the location may be changed up every now and then)
